Baldwinsville Little League and Little League International strongly believe that financial hardship should never prevent a child from playing baseball or softball. 

There are several ways to help families afford their annual registration fees: 

Recoup your registration fees with the Baldwinsville Little League raffle!

Annually, Baldwinsville Little League provides $100 in raffle tickets to each player. Families may sell those tickets and return the stubs for the annual raffle. Families keep all funds raised as a way to offset their registration fees.

Don't want to sell the tickets? No Problem! Write your name (adults 18+, please) on the ticket stubs and turn them in for a no purchase necessary way to win one of three cash prizes!

The T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant Program is committed to helping families in need by covering registration fees associated with local Little League programs so that every kid has the chance to play. Little League and T-Mobile share the belief that every kid should have the chance to experience Little League.

This program is available to families in need who can present verifications, such as a Free/Reduced Lunch Verification letter, SNAP, WIC, Foster Child Paperwork, or Enrollment in Medicaid or State Health Plans. Baldwinsville Little League Financial Assistance Program

If a player is unable to secure a T-Mobile Call Up Grant or Every Kid Sports Pass, Baldwinsville Little League is committed to a financial assistance program that covers the following areas:

1. Full assistance that cover all registration fees.
2. Partial assistance that covers a portion of the registration fees.
3. Assistance with (gently used) equipment needs that are required to be a part of the team and participate in baseball and/or softball play.

How to Apply for Financial Assistance

Financial assistance requests are processed individually and reviewed on an annual basis.

• Please complete the financial assistance form. Please make sure your email and phone number are correct. 
• Once submitted, the Baldwinsville Little League Executive Committee will review the request.
• If additional information is needed, the player agent will reach out to you directly
• Applicants will be notified of a financial assistance decision within seven (7) days

Financial Assistance Terms and Conditions

If financial assistance is awarded, the following terms and conditions apply:

• Financial assistance covers all or part of the registration and uniform fees for one season. Players must re-apply each year. Receipt of financial assistance for one season does not guarantee assistance for a future season.

• Parent/Guardian/Player (14+) is expected to assist the league in a volunteer capacity for a minimum of 10 hours each season in the snack shack or other capacity as agreed upon by the volunteer coordinator. Additional roles may include: coaching, assistant coaching, assist with special events, field maintenance. In the event that volunteer hours are not completed, future financial assistance will be denied. 

• The player must meet all residency and age requirements to play for Baldwinsville Little League. Waivered players are not eligible for financial assistance. 

• Families receiving financial assistance are not eligible to sell raffle tickets to recoup costs.
